Stock and Wire transfer instructions
DTC Stock instructions for making gifts of securities:
DTC#: 0044
Account #: 3450466812
Account Title: Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility
Broker: TD Waterhouse
Broker Contact Person: N/A

Please advise Margaret Cuccinello, Director of Development at ICCR (212-870-2984), of your transfer instructions, along with the name of the stock and the number of shares being transferred. ICCR will alert our agent that the transfer is forthcoming.

Date of Gift: When making a gift of securities to ICCR electronically, the date of the gift for valuation purposes is the date on which the stock is received in ICCR's account at TD Waterhouse.

Alternatively, stock certificates may be mailed directly to the ICCR Office:
Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility
Attn: DeLisa White
475 Riverside Drive, Suite 1842
New York, NY 10115

DO NOT SIGN THE CERTIFICATES. Instead, in one envelope mail the unendorsed stocks, along with a letter stating that you are making a gift to ICCR. State the purpose of your gift, i.e., for the Endowment Fund. In a second envelope, mail a blank, but signed, stock power for the stock that you are donating. Each stock certificate requires a separate stock power.

Date of Gift: When making a gift of securities to ICCR via the mail, the date of the gift for valuation purposes is the later postmark date of the two envelopes mailed.

The Value of the gift, made either electronically or by mail, is determined by taking the average of the reported high and reported low on the date of the gift. For example, if XYZ stock is received on December 27, 2007, and on that day has a high of $40 per share and a low of $37 per share, the value of the gift for our records is $38.50 per share.
